This is just a poem (Don't laugh) that I wrote and was wondering (Finally) if I could get some public oppinion about it. It is copyrighted so don't get any bright ideas and it may or may not fit in this box properly so at the end of each structured line I will put '|' (Without quotes) for the end of the line and begining of the new sentence. So here it is:

"The scientist" - by Austin K Webb (C)

Science, this is the study of things all morbid |
the things we can never concieve completely |
yet, we study intentively these things for curiousity |

the study of things past, current, and yet to come |
the things no one can fully tell us except time itself |
and then time comes to me and whispers in my ear |

"I am here, I know you have been waiting for me to arrive |
you have studied and predicted extensively but I will not take course |
no, not as you have expected, not as you have predicted." |

The years pass as one waits on time to tell you what is next
then time tells you to look in the mirror, and you stop
all has failed as you notice one thing you forgot

you look in the mirror and notice that the one thing you were tracking
time, slipped right through your fingers as you were tracking it
"but, how might I ask this happens?" says the scientist.

Love,

AKW

Don't expect the spelling to be perfect either. I posted a rough draft. This came to me a while ago (around ten minutes). It still needs a bit of editing I suppose but, it seems like it will be an alright addition to my book. I have more but don't expect those till a later date maybe. Maybe not. Who knows yet, only time can tell.
