1. Possible Real-Time Visor Reflections There are two screenshots in particular that suggest there might be real-time visor reflections in Halo 3's multiplayer. The first is this one:
http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/4469/realtimereflectionsmu3.jpg
As you can see, it is possible to discern the shapes of structures in the reflection of the visor. It could just, of course, be a reflection map that is used to give the impression that the real-environment is being reflected. But at least it's a step up from the visor's in Halo 2's multiplayer, which only showed smudges of dark and light areas. Another screenshot that shows what appears to be real-time reflections is this one:
http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/5633/realtimereflections2edihi2.jpg
In this one, the reflection is clearly different to the first image, and is also relatively brighter. This is consistent with the fact that this SPARTAN is in an outdoor environment.
2. Secondary weapons This one is slightly more obvious. By look at the screenshots in the article, you can clearly see Bungie's newest gameplay addition: visible secondary weapons. Slightly subtler is the fact that depending on the weapon type, it's placement on the SPARTAN's body changes. For example, in the following screenshot, the SPARTAN has an Assault Rifle on it's back.
http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/8793/secondaryweapon2editah6.jpg
Meanwhile, smaller, dual-wieldable weapons appear to be placed on the side of the thigh, much like a pistol placed in a thigh-holster. This can be seen in the following two screenshots:
http://img141.imageshack.us/img141/5010/secondaryweaponeditgj9.jpg
http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/3110/secondaryweapon3editri7.jpg
At first this seemed like a really tacky and gimmicky idea, but then I realised the new aspect of gameplay this addition would bring. No longer will you be surprised by another player who suddenly whips out a shotgun, as you'll be able to see what weapons he is carrying and to act accordingly, thus making weapon choice and general gameplay more tactical. Also, you will no longer have to frantically ask, "WHO'S GOT ROCKETS/SNIPER/SWORD?" and be met with the reply, "I do.", as you then look around at your same coloured team mates trying to figure out who is who. You'll be able to see which of your team members has what weapon as backup, and thus make the whole process of teamwork more natural. Awesome.
3. SPARTAN Laser
When looking at the two crossed SPARTAN Lasers, I noticed they had text written on them. Upon closer inspection, the word on the gun said "Galileian".
http://img301.imageshack.us/img301/6691/spartanlasergalileianedho6.jpg
Galileian is a reference to the famous Italian physicist, astronomer and philosopher, Galileo Galilei. According to Wikipedia, "Galileo Galilei was ... closely associated with the scientific revolution.". This is very relevant, because the SPARTAN Laser is the first Human weapon featured in a Halo game that doesn't use traditional projectiles as ammunition. It also seems to be the Human attempt at recreating the effects of the Sentinel Beams. Thus, it can be said that it is a "revolution". There might be a deeper meaning to the use of "Galileian", but for now it eludes me. Then again, it might just be a name. =P Also, the following screenshot suggests that there is in fact a charge up period for the SPARTAN Laser, in order to balance it's high effectiveness against vehicles.

4. The "Man Cannon"
This is the Man Cannon:
http://img141.imageshack.us/img141/3461/mancannoneditin8.jpg
I don't see why people are getting all upset over the implementation of a device like this in multiplayer. In case you've forgotten, in multiplayer, gameplay comes first. Realism and staying true to the story of Halo is second priority. The Man Cannon is a great addition to Halo 3's multiplayer. It enables a player to quickly get out of their base after spawning, and get right into the action. I don't know about other people, but when playing on big maps and spawning back at my base after dying and finding no vehicles left, the thought of having to trek across the landscape was uninviting. Now, with the Man Cannon, you don't have to rely on vehicles being at your base. In effect, it's like a permanent "vehicle" which will fling you out to where the action is, as can be seen in this screenshot.
http://img83.imageshack.us/img83/1861/mancannoninactionedithj8.jpg
So as to show that it is in fact a player, I've highlighted the trail of the bullet the he just shot. Also, it should be noted that the addition of the Man Cannon means that, like Halo 2, Halo 3's multiplayer won't have fall damage. I personally welcome this fact, as I'd rather concentrate on killing people than trying to figure out if jumping of a ledge could inflict damage.
5. Warthog Damage
Now, in Halo 3, Warthog damage seems to be more than just cosmetic. Take these two different images for example:
http://img154.imageshack.us/img154/939/warthogundamagedlp8.jpg
http://img91.imageshack.us/img91/6232/warthogdamagededitku3.jpg
The first screenshot shows an intact Warthog. The second one, however, shows a damaged Warthog during an attack on the enemies base. It can be seen that, much like in Halo 2, as the Warthog takes damage, it shows it (as I've indicated with the number 2). But, improving upon this is the fact that the Warthog will actually break, as can been seen of the LAAG machine gun manned by a SPARTAN (as I've indicated with the number 1). The shielding present in the undamaged Warthog has, presumably, broken off due to damage inflicted upon the vehicle. This has resulted in the gunner to be much more open to enemy fire. This one example suggests that damage on vehicles will be more than just the superficial damage seen in Halo 2.

E-Nuff said.
7. Crashed Pelican

Nothing special, just hard to miss. Small additions, such as this, to the multiplayer maps are welcome as they help to
8. UFO // Rocket?
http://img100.imageshack.us/img100/6909/ufoeditzb4.jpg
This had me completely baffled for a while, and I'm still confused now. At first, I had no idea what it was, but now I'm thinking it's a rocket from the famous SPNKR Rocket Launcher. If so, it confirms that the Rocket Launcher will still feature in the game, although I speculate that it's lock-on feature will have been removed so as to allow more focus on the SPARTAN Laser as a vehicle destroying weapon.
I have bin thinking about witch one is better? and i cant really say they both are really good but Halo 1 is just different and new. And Halo 2 was the same just the graphics were better. Now i ask you what one hade the better story line? Halo1 was really good you wake up from a deep sleep wile being attacked by those cuvent basterd. grab guns and attack back. and blow the hell out of halo. Then halo2 geting your awards for be such a good master chief. The cuvent basterds attack again and you grab guns fight back but the story dusnt really end it ends with us asking for more.
So tell me what you think witch is better Halo1 or Halo2?
