I know the odds of this actually happening are thin to none, but here it is:

Peyton works for a record company, where her first client is Jake. We find out Jake won sole custody of Jenny. Peyton and Jake's romance is rekindled. We find out that during one of their recent dates Peyton becomes pregnant with twins and they elope. Both Jake and Peyton come back to the rivercourt with Jenny and the new babies.

Brooke is a famous fashion designer but her plans change when she meets a new guy and falls head over heels. She comes back to the rivercourt, only to fall in love with Lucas all over again. This only makes her relationship with the new guy even more difficult.

Rachel is married to Mouth and they have two children. We find out that she got pregnant during their road trip. Mouth is a stay at home dad while Rachel is out pursuing a career. Although they are living together they are not married.

Haley and Nathan are expecting again (for the third time) and James is a boy genius like his mom, while their two year old daughter is disabled. They arrive with the children at the rivercourt.

Karen had a mental breakdown and attempted to commit suicide causing child protective services to take Lily from her. The only possible guardian was Lucas so he takes her in. He thankfully makes enough money as assistant coach to support her and eventually adopts her. This event causes him to only be in contact with Nathan and Haley, who take them in and buy a large house together.

Skills and Bevin show up together with plans for marriage.
