I have a question. What will it take for Hollywood to finally get the transformation of "game to movie" correct?

I must be foolish in thinking that since games do come with built in stories that it should assist in making a somewhat bearable movie.

However, the end result is a sad use of the two hours we, the dedicated fans, spend watching from start to finish in hopes that it might finally have been done right.

Is there any hope?
