Greetings all. i realised that i have been very lax at posting and commenting on tv, so now that i have finished exmas i actually have time!! ok exam and coursework all done- i seriuosly hope i did ok, as im in italy excavating when the re-sits are on. i got one of 4 places to excavate in a town called cesenatico (near ravenna ect) in early september, looking at a roman site and any evidence of trade which i am well excited bout. booked my ryanair fight which will be fun as i am 6ft tall and dont fit so well in planes, especially not ryanair ones!!! Anyway i have also been watch lots of tv in my failed attempts to revise- old school ER, Greys anatomy and charmed season 7 i think- they are all rather good and a great way to waste 4 hours from 2-6pm!!! also been watching dirty sexy money, but ive missed a few and i dont think its on at the mo. grr. also been watching heroes, but i missed the last one, cos i got confused and didnt realise what day it was. oops

anyway the mystery of the £5 note; i went to get milk the other evening, shoved a fiver in my back pocket and walked the 3 min walk to my local sainsbugs in the rain, only to realise i didnt have my money- so i walked back to my house looking for it- to no avail- so i grabbed more money and went back looking for the £5 all the way -i couldnt find it so considered it lost- anyway i got my milk and was almost home when lying on the pavement was my £5 and i walked to sainsbugs twice in the rain because of that stupid £5.

the first bit of the title archaeoligistsd and the spacemen, ive left this bit till last cost it contains spoliers Doctor who kinda counts as a space man!!: am loving this series so far, love catherine tate, they make such a good team, and i really cant wait for 2nites episiode. my friends have go exams this morining (right now infact!!) so we are all going to meet up watch doctor who and chillax (yep thats right i wrote chillax -a uber cool word- combi of chill and relax for those of you who cant figure it out!)

Indianna Jones and the Crystal skull. if you have not yet seen it dont read on as spoilers are present- and i dont wont to spoil it for you!! Well i really enjoyed it, it had the same witty feel to it as the first three, with just enough references to the previous films. as an archaeologist i particually liked the line ' if you wanna be a good archaeologist you have gotta get out of the library.' so ironic for me as all i seen to do for my degree is live in the library!! anway the inter-dimentional beings- i know most people think WTF, but if you think about it the 1st and 3rd films were all about religious artifacts and the 2nd one had sacred stones- its only one hop from religion to aliens and inter-dimentional beings and crop circles and stuff- scientology for example!! so its not really that far fetched, is it?

anyway im off to get my lazy ass out of bed as im meeting my friends for a post exam brunch, then im off to watch the rugby...go on leicester!!!

EDIT: i cant belive i didnt mention this in my blog- me and the illegal ferret went to Give it a name (GIAN) fesival on the 10th-11th may at earls court- saw awsome bands like paramore and 30 seconds to mars, ect. and i caught a drumstick from an awsome band called cobra starship, nad the ferret got to hold jared leto's hand and me and him 'shared a look' - without (hopefully) sounding like a 13 year old fan girl- he just looked right at me and he was only like 1ft away- so awsome- i love 30 seconds to mars. so that was an awsome weekend, and cheaper than going to a summer festival too!!

Ok so i havent been on here for a while, ive been uber busy at uni, and stuff. there has been good tv on at the moment, although most of it has finished now!!! Ashes to Ashes was awsome, really good and i really enjoyed it. i was a little aprehensive to start with, becuase i thought they would do exactly the same format as sam, being in a coma ect, but its different. the clown thingy was quite creepy, and i was not expecting her dad to do that. it shocked me, just a little. i love her relationship with the gene genie, if they dont get it on i will be most disapointed!! Torchwood. i have loved this series, by sister kinda spoilt the ep where owen got shot, so i was expecting it, the ep with the people dissapearing into the rift (i am rubbish with names!!) made me cry, and i read spoilers for the last ep, and i just about managed not to properly cry, usually i am ridiculusly emotional and tv shows and movies and pretty much anything, happy and sad. lol anyway, the last ep was really good, i loved captain jack in it, he was just awsome!! Tosh was kick ass too, and owen was really good too. llanto is always kick ass awsome!! and im soo glad they explained the space pig doctor who crossover Torchwoood need more man power now, and i reckon martha jones as doc and mickey sith as tech dude would be good. hipefully the reduced torchwood team will reapear in the end of doctor who. on the subject of doctor who, i really loved the first ep, donna was hilarious, a change from what people expected and im glad that they are just gunna be mates. the adipose were just cuteness!! and OMG rose tyler. was not expecting to see her for a couple of episodes at least!! although i dont think donna touched her, it a bit like a stronger version of the cyber ghosts i guess, but he closed up all the time windows into that parellel world so maybe she's wandering through the void or somthing or is in another parellel world. who knows. Its a mystery!!! ive also been watching old er and the first series of friend when i should be working!!! love it

Ok tv done. generalness. im back at uni after 3 weeks at home for easter, term dosnt start for a week and 1/2 but i needed to use the library, which is all new and shiney. the uni spent loads of money on it its got self service returns and new confy seats and good stuff. anyway thats about it. ooh actually im going to give it a name festival in may with my twin. im soo excited, i was going to go to leeds, but the like up was just not as good as i hoped- good and metal, actually more like the download line-up and hte download line-up is like a leeds line-up!!- but im not too bothered, but 30 seconds to mars and Paramore and im there, plus a mate lives like 5 mins away so i have somewhere to crash over!! right id better get back on with my work as i have 1 2,500 essay, a 3,000 workbook and a 5,000 journal assesment thingy to do i a week 1/2. Arg

so im back at uni properly- lectures and everything- exams went ok, i think- we shall see, coursework was handed in on time- even if i was up till 4am thenight before and stilll didnt actually finish it propperly till 2:30 pm ish (deadline was 5pm) went to lectures today that i soo didnt understand but nevermind- i am waiting for panic at the disco tickets to go on sale properly- cos in teh 9 mins i was online on wed all the pre-sale tickets to the london gig sold out. grrrrrr. (i will let you guys know if i get them- fingers crossed) i found this online though it sumed me up quite nicely- what do you think people,esp.ferret, you know me best-

anyway thats one of my many procrastiations- i just dont feel motivated to work, tv has been decidedly average- missed torchwood on wed as i was watching charli wilson's war- it is a good movie go see- makes you think, lookes better than the trailers made it look. did really like the first ep. of the series though, twas good. also been watching and trying to watch as much Qi and who's line is it anyway- i love dave and wrc on sundays. wooo and uktv are re-running 1st series of robin hood- wooo.

also been watching a couple of ep's of bionic woman- i quite like- wheni get time i will watch some more.

off to see 30 seconds to mars on thurs- sooooo cant wait
