been playing since Saturday (9/22) evening...

I'm about 1/3 into the campaign... it is VERY good so far...

great storyline, excellent game controls (what else would you expect) - even though they have changed slightly... lots of new weapons (some dual wield capable)... several new vehicles (ATV's with missle launchers and a hugh tractor tired motorcycle-like thing)... unlike previous games (due to limitations of the original xbox) levels and environments are widely variable and do not repeat in any way and have lots of very active enemies... it also has neat new recorder, that lets you replay "films" of recent played levels - it automatically records the action while you are playing, then you can replay the film through your perspective or several others, you can also fly the camera around independently and explore the level in entirety, while the recorded action proceeds through the mission... of course you can "share" these films on XBL...

time to "finish the fight"...
