Many of us were dissapointed yesterday after downloading Bethesdas latest Fallout expansion 'The Pitt' due to a multitude of errors including in-game freezing and wierd red diamonds containing exclamation marks. After several hours of silence Bethesda released an official statement:
"We are continuing to look into the issues people are experiencing with The Pitt for Xbox 360. As of now it looks like the file for the English version on Xbox Live was somehow corrupted. We are currently working with Microsoft to remove the existing file off of Live to prevent any further downloads. Our plan is to replace it with a new file as soon as possible. We hope to have another update for you shortly."
Hopefully "shortly" will only mean a few daysbut in my experience of dodgy DLs it will probably be a couple of weeks. I'll keep you posted with any developments and let's hope that we'll all be killing Trogs really soon. ![]()
