Today's Technologies have by far passed yesterday's accomplishments. It seems like only yesterday that I was using my PSOne and my computer to play Theme Hospital 1. In comparison the technology has only really gotten smaller computers now have smaller and smaller CPU chips and layouts; this allows us to advance. As your aware the tech has greatly enhanced our experience as gamers. Look at a ten year time frame from the release of the Xbox360. In these ten years we saw the launch of the PSOne, the Xbox, the PS2, PSP and many other consoles including the 360 OF COURSE. Now look at the movement of tech, the PSOne used CDs, the next gen (PS2) used single layer DVDs, and the final successor (PS3) used a Blue Ray Disc though this was in the eleventh year after the PSOne's launch. But look at the disc each disc was optical and each basically compressing data into a smaller size.In truth we haven't really accomplished anything. I have no doubt that in a few years time there will be another format even better than the almighty blue-ray e.g. red-ray etc etc.

This advance in technology means games of the future will of course be bigger and more realistic with better graphics sound etc. There's even a little talk of holographic technology starting to emerge (believe me it exists but only in one colour and it is sphere shaped).

So will the world choose a gaming experience that is realistic or an old world were gaming experiences get bigger but the games well... are still like the wii's.

Thanks 4 Reading

Tomb raider and Assassins creed have never been alike and the probobility is that they never will but have any of you ever considered the possibility that new features in both games are suggesting slight similarities?

Swimming

New game-play from AC2 shows the new Altair (ezio or whatever) can swim. This opens new possibilities with missions and other aspects of the game. The new Tomb Raiders have adapted a new swimming system which involves the use of deep sea swimming gear etc. I'm moving off topic slightly here but anyways I just hope that AC2 doesn't incorporate anything like the Tomb Raider system. In fact I just bought the new Tomb Raider the other day to find it to be overrated. I heard on the web that people 'liked' the new Tomb Raider and the new swimming system. I disagree. Swimming is not only hard to become used to for those who are used to the older games but also fairly buggy. On more than one occasion have I found Lara (bless her) swimming inside a mountain underwater or swimming through walls that seemingly do not exist. Also the camera is the most glitchy thing I have yet to find. When climbing the camera can have a tendency to take a fit and sort of... die. As I said earlier although it is highly unlikely I do hope that Ubisoft doesn't look to Tomb Raider for advice.

And yes to answer any ones question I was extremely bored before writing this and I just took a spark to write a blog so what the hell eh? lol

This article was purely written to give me an idea on how to write a blog cause this is my first basically. I know this article is s**t so any help would be appreciated. Leave a comment if ya want.

Some people just don't have opinions. Like 01chris02.
01chris02 must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could 01chris02 possibly have for not rating a single film?
