Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief

My mom got me this today saw it for $5.97 and I wanted to try out this series too and I didn't get this book just because the movie was announced for it either, I wanted to try it before that. Warriors is still high on my list too along with Daniel X and some other series.

Surprisingly I actually enjoyed this book more than I thought I would although I got lost a little bit and I was kind of expecting this book to be bad, but it wasn't. I might actually re-read it one of these days at the moment though I'm trying to finish reading all the books I own. I suppose if you don't mind Romance books about werejaguars and werewolves I would recommend this one, and one other thing is I think they shapeshift from human to wolf and be a full wolf.

This one was a pretty short book as okay. Although I really wish I never read a certain part in the book. Involving a helicopter or an airplane I don't remember which and people shooting one of the wolves. They practially did it for no reason either it wasn't for money or population control pretty much what they did is murder and they probably weren't authorized to shoot the wolf either and it was the alpha of the pack as well. Anyway still a decent book though though I was a little bored with it.

2012:

I just recently started this book this week I'm not to far into the book yet, but I hope finish it soon. I'm a little lost in the book at what is going on in the book at the moment, but I might catch onto it eventually

2012 is more interesting than this book I'm still not sure what is going all I remember is something about samatha wanting to rape noah although I think they are dating anyway or was it noah wanted to be with samatha. I hope this book does get better though.

I got first place in one of the disc competions and bought another dog. I've been playing this game a little bit more.

The Powerpuff Girls: Chemical X-traction

I played most of them while I was here the weekend I was here. I'm still disapointed a bit that Beast Wars was not there, maybe that will be on the playstation store someday. I also got Nintendo Power too and they finally mention heart gold and soul silver they are kind of late doing so.

Other things:

Okay I have been at school for the past 2 weeks and I won't be back next weekend either. I am sorry I haven't been active in unions mostly due to school at I'm more than likely not going to post in them while I'm here mostly because I want to play my ps2 and nintendo wii instead. At school I can't go to sites like gamespot, but I can check my email which I posted in my last blog can't say how often I check it but I do every so often so if you wish to remain in contact with me you can contact me that way.

As for school and what has been going on I have gotten better at the school's cash register although yesterday I somewhow managed to miss count nickles 3 times which I am glad that was my error and I didn't short change anyone or someone gave me too much money. I also went to wal-mart yesterday to learn there register not sure how I'd do at walmart it might take me 1-10 times to get used to their register. So far at the school's store called the Eagle Shack I've balanced all registers at the times I've worked down there.

Something else I would do to people at the school store is holding up the line without buying anything. I also stayed in the store afterhours to make them stay open. I'm also thinking about taking my winter coat and backpack in the store to make them pocket search them and my winter coat has a lot of pockets. Also after walmart we went to a couple of houses one was the teacher's house which is a pretty big house. and one of the students houses in 2nd term.

And so far I've gotten all of my work done and got decent grades on the papers although I got a 50percent on a paper, but we were allowed to correct the paper and I got a 75 percent instead. my other grades was an 85 percent and a 100 percent. I also got some more papers to work on but I'll probably try to get both of them done sunday. What is interesting about me being in retail is apperently I'm not speaking loud enough for people to here, but I'm not sure if I'm doing that on purpose or not. Although I am currently thinking about altering my voice anyway.

Oh yeah and I think it was last monday father got his spleen removed from surgery and is doing better. And there still not sure how it burst or whatever to begun I guess I heard is you'd have to have been in car accident, or had a large impact against the body I think, or to have had mono for that to have had happen and none of those things had happen.

I'll try to catch up on the blogs I've missed here this weekend and this weekend also I may check out good will again see if I can get more left behind books from that series. Well not sure if I have anything else to add to this blog, if I have something I may make one sunday. I hope everyone else is doing well and have a nice day.

Something I kind of just thought of

If I'm working at wal-mart and I told people thank-you for shopping at target (or some other store) instead of wal-mart I wonder what would happen. I'm tempted to do something like this.
