I'm counting the days to Spring Break! Only 1 more day of classes and then it's FREEDOM!!! (For a week at least) Anyhow, I finally beat Oblivion this week and dinged my 1,000 GS as well! I suppose it's nothing to brag about, considering the game, as the achievements are more a test of endurance than skill. Ah well, 1,000 is good in anything I suppose. Now it's on to the expansions and hopefully another 250 more gamerpoints!!

Other than that, the week has been pretty uneventful for the most part. I'm still closing in on finishing my top 5 game oriented soundtracks of 2008, but due to suggestions from friends and members alike, I've ended up listening to more original scores than Nobuo Uematsu could shake his conductors stick at! Ah well, it's good to familiarize myself with as much as possible to give the best review possible, after all, there's nothing worse than someone who's completely ignorant but thinks they know it all! Oh, but on a plus side, while buying and listening to all the soundtracks, I was fortunate enough to come across the OST from one of my all time favorite games! The legend of Zelda: A Link to the past! Oh the memories indeed! In truth, all the time spent listening to music and writing my soon to be released review was made worth it by merely stumbling across this buried gem of the past!

Well aside from music and school and the rest of it, I have been working on some reviews as well. I've recently changed the way I review and putting my new system to the test I've already come across a few kinks! So in order to smooth things out a bit I've decided to combine "creativity" with "story", as some games are fine without stories, (Ie, Fighting Games, some shooters) and "fun-factor" will now be combined with "technical" because a game can't be fun with major technical errors. So hopefully this works a little better with more fitting results!

Well that's it for me this time around. Nothing exciting again I suppose, just more blah blah blah!!
