I want to make myself feel better about myself. There are some changes I want to make in my life.
I need to quit smoking.
I need to eat healthier.
I need to excercise more.
Quitting smoking will be tough, and the exercise part will be effected by it if I don't quit smoking. I've been smoking for a good part of 5 years now. Eating healthier will also be a challenge, because I don't have a good idea or a set plan as to what is good for me and what isn't. But I want to accomplish this. I need my self confidence back.
