looking back at history.. seems like the first console that launches in the generation is always the first one to loose... excluding the nes vs the master system because there was no real battle there...

first came genesis then snes ... snes won

first came saturn then playstation then n64 ... playstation won

first came dreamcast then playstation 2 then gamecube and xbox ... playstation 2 won

now here we are in the current generation...

first came xbox 360 then playstation 3 and wii...

this is just an old thread i made but someone brought it up early today so i thought i would refresh everyones minds. i have to say going back and reading the post in that thread has really made my day. it's funny how much ownage i delt to the lemmings in that thread and to see how wrong they all were.
