If I'm not mistaken, that's Tyranitar from the Neo Discovery set, available in holographic and non-holographic, rare.

i think itīs ok to collect pokemon cards..(i donīt collect them) and i think itīs really anoying when someone says that collecting them is childish! *kicks his foot on the nearest wall*
