My Philosophy=
"Tobi is actually some one named Obito who was kakashi's friend and was said to lend kakashi his left eye thats how kakashi has a sharingan left eye. But if you look at Tobi he has a mask that has a hole at the right side. Coincidental??? No!!!"
Why I like Tobi? Hes funny, he annoys Deidara and people think lightly of him. He really has a lot of skill we know that but thanks to the show being a shie 
They dont show much of who Tobi really is. I believe when the time comes we will see Tobi's real power and learn alot more about this character. Tobi has ****and flare wether you guys like it or not.
