ok, I don't know if this is news but I just figured out how to get rid of the lvl1-bug (when your profile shows lvl1, although your lvl is higher...)
I know, it usually resets itself to the right level after a day or two but I wanted to submit some Infos today, which I couldn't at lvl1...
You click on "Edit My Profile" and change something unimportant in your profile, for example: Remove or add a dot in your Description; safe the profile and refresh. That should to the trick.
