Good, but the eyes are kind of messed up. I don't know why, but they don't look right.

i dont think the face is gritty. it looks very smooth and clean. i like it, 8/10 the font gave me a terrible 1st impression, but after a while it looks ok i guess...

I quite like that "gritty" look of the face. Maybe it's my eyes, but to me, it blends in quite nicely with the rest of it. 4/5. I almost missed this blog due to my tracked blog list going into overdrive mode with all the Jeff/I'm Staying/I'm Leaving blogs.
