Come on, was anybody expecting anything less than Triple H turning on Flair last week at Homecoming? Did anyone go into a state of shock when Linda fired J.R. last night? That's the main reason why professional wrestling - at least in the WWE's case - has gone down the crapper. I die a little more inside every week from lack-of-surprise induced sleep. Honestly, at this point I'd rather see more necrophilia driven storylines that result in someone getting a vital organ "sexed out." Well, that may be going a bit too far in this case, but you know what I mean.
The WWE really needs to get its act together, but not just from the storyline standpoint. Stop putting Big Show in pointless matches week after week so we can stutter in awe at his size. He's not exciting. Stop pushing Chris Masters - he's the least talented person on Raw. And for God's sake, get the title off of John Cena's shoulder. It's hard to take a wannabe white rapper as face seriously these days. John Cena resembles something more from the Rock 'n Wrestling era. Guess what? It's 2005. Not to mention the fact that his in-ring talent has improved slim-to-none since he's been with the WWE. Give the belt to someone who deserves it... Kurt Angle.
