Is this even right?

Am I really in summer in the north hemisphere? I've just experienced some weird, unusual weather here in London -- hail and snow in the middle of summer -- I mean, what the? World weather is changing now... and I don't blame the cause of "global warming" as some people do. This global warming is bound to happen anyway for some decades, for Earth don't just rotate on its axis and orbit the sun, it also oscillates on its angle which causes Ice Ages and Global Warmings. In this case, Earth is oscillating towards its horizontal bound, increasing the tilt angle, making summers and winters extreme. When Earth oscillates towards its vertical boundary, temperature and seasons will come back to normal, tilt angle of 24.6°.

But the unusual thing here is that what has this oscillating thing to do with a seasonal weather switch? It makes no sense...
