James Bond (Roger Moore) attempts to stop a jewelry smuggling, but also tries to stop a Russian general working with an Afghan prince, Kamal Khan (Louis Jourdan) that are bringing an atomic bomb into a circus. If you watch the movie, though, it isn't too difficult to understand.
