- Before landing the role of Brigitta von Trapp in The Sound of Music, Angela had a screen test for the part of older daughter Louisa. She had to wear a blond wig for that, and Angela has said that it looked "dreadful." Eventually, the casting crew decided it would be better to cast her as Brigitta and stick with her natural brown hair.
