Ross Bagdasarian Jr. is a very complicated person. He was at times unreasonable, childish and treated employees like servants. However....his demanding nature pulled the best from everyone he works with. He gave many of us the chance to do things we would never have been able to do in the industry. I was able to perform voice for hundreds of characters with his guidance and encouragement. It was the best learning experience ever.

Ross B paid his people far more than industry standard and tried to keep people loyal to him. He was quick to give praise for good work and even quicker to point out things he didn't like.

Many in the industry did not like him for his demanding nature. At the time these studios were churning out crap Saturday a.m. fodder. They expected this show to be more of the same...Ross demanded only quality as he believed these shows would live on longer than their original airings.

Basically he's a talented man with enourmous drive and energy and it was an honor to work for him.
