Continued: brother and sister of my mother: Donald Blackmer, Dorthy Blackmer. They all resided for many many years in Merritt Island, Florida. I was told by my mother that Sidney Blackmer disowned the family when he became famous. I feel sorry for him, that he never got to know a great family. I really don\\\'t remember whether I had seen any of his movies or not. Relatives: Martin, Edris, and Dorthy Blackmer are all deceased, but Maxine and Donald Blackmer still alive. Just wanted to put some information out there the public was not aware of. He had family no one was aware of. Mainly, I guess he didn\\\'t want to devolge. sincerely: holly lucas P.S.
