Jeffery Garcia takes the voice of the hyper and brainless, yet hilarious Sheen Juarerra Estevez in the show, The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius. Sheen is a vertically-challenged, dark-haired, and dark-eyed kid who is obsessed with an action figure named Ultralord. He is not smart in any way other than Ultralord trivia, and he isn't exactly what you would call popular, but he makes up for it with his outrageously funny comments. Sheen is in love with Libby, who goes to his school. Him and Carl team up to help Jimmy create disaster, and then save the world from that disaster. Day by day they are hurled into one breathtaking, funny adventure to save Retroville from whatever threatens it. In my opinion, Sheen is the greatest character from any show that has ever lived, and with the voice of Jeffery Garcia, he is UNSTOPPABLE!!!!!
