Bridget: I’m still a New Yorker. I come to Los Angeles to meet producers and directors. When I stopped modeling a number of years ago, I took classes in New York and it took a couple of years before I felt comfortable to even audition. I didn’t want to come to Los Angeles until I got a job to take me out here.

Bridget: I think they both got there good points to them. There’s a lot of traveling in modeling, and there’s great pay. But, you know, there’s more to do in acting. There’s more of an emotional life. You get more respect.

Bridget: In New York, you can go down to your lobby and find a whole other culture. You can stand on a corner and have hundreds of cultures flying by you. I haven’t tapped into any culture in L.A. I can’t walk down the street in L.A. and pop into a bar and hang out and feel comfortable. It just doesn’t happen. The walking part doesn’t happen.

Bridget: No. [Laughs] I feel uneasy listening to myself talk. You know how you were feeling in those moments and in the film it may not be the take that you remember. You attach certain memories about how you acted in a scene and it’s different when you see it. I guess you can say it’s kinda weird.

Bridget: Oh my god, he was so funny, he had me laughing nonstop. But he knew, in some of the scenes, when it came time to really shoot it, he wouldn’t play the games. He wouldn’t play the jokes on me. In rehearsals, yes, but not when we actually had to shoot.
- (about her character Natasha in the TV series 'Sex and the City' and how that helped her career)
Bridget: It was one of those things that was really only supposed to be two or three episodes. It turned into a whole character that none of us really expected to [last] through the whole season. I'm very fortunate that I got that audition and walked through that door when I did. It opened a lot of doors for me. I certainly didn't know it at the time that it had this life force that was unstoppable. I'm so fortunate to have gotten that. With that and Coyote Ugly at the same time, it sort of got me through some doors that I may have not had the chance to go through.

Bridget: Lost. 24. I think I'm going to become a fan of Weeds. I just downloaded the whole first season so we'll see if I like it. To be honest, the one thing I always have on is CNN or 60 Minutes. I tend to only watch news programs or Discovery Channel, stuff like that. I will say I happen to be really into the one with Heidi Klum on Bravo, Project Runway and Top Chef. Those are pretty good guilty pleasures.

Bridget: He's very methodical but he's also very free. He's Al Pacino. I'm just lucky to be in the same movie with him. I felt very fortunate to work with him. He's just a wonderful, free actor and he gave me a lot of allowances to be that way myself.

Bridget: He seems to be the hot new thing. He's fantastic. He's just got this incredible energy that is so rare in people, in general, and it's infectious working with him.
- Bridget: Nudity is something I don't really understand and I find it completely unnecessary so I have turned down roles because it was unnecessary, but I think that if it's something that I feel is important to a role, or the scene, or to the character then I don't really have a problem with it. I just haven't had that issue quite yet.

Bridget: Vodka straight up, nothing in it, just right to the point. I don't even know what a lot of these fancy drinks are.
