Melrose was a contestant on Cycle 7 of America's Next Top Model. Eventhough she wasn't a fan favorite, or a favorite among the other girls, she proved to be a strong model. Melrose had several challenge wins and beautiful photographs but in the end the judges were afraid she was fake. She lost to the bubbly Caridee English in a brutal Battle of the Blonds.

Before coming on ANTM, Melrose was a fashion designer. After losing the competition she is going to continuing designing and also hope to model in New York and act in Los Angeles.
