Bio

Chris Evans was born on June 13, 1981 in Sudbury, Massachusetts and was raised in Boston. Chris decided in his junior year in high school that he wanted to be an actor and starred in regional productions such as "A Midsummer Nights Dream" and "A Wrinkle in Time."

After gradutating from high school, he interned at a casting office in New York and took acting lessons to perfect his acting. He started professional acting career at the Boston Playwrights' Theatre.

Chris' first role was in a the TV series, Opposite Sex. But it was not until his role as Jake Wyler in the 2001 film, Not Another Teen Movie that he started to make a name for himself.

From there, Chris landed many other roles in movies such as The Perfect Score and Cellular. But his most notable role was in the 2005 box office hit, Fantasic Four.

Aside from his film career, Chris has made appearances on the small screen. He has had appearances on Boston Public and The Fugitive.
