Emile is an American television and film actor born on March 13, 1985 in Topanga, California. He was raised by his mother in Los Angeles and in Santa Fe, New Mexico after his parents' divorce.
He entered the entertainment world as a child actor in the mid-90s, appearing in numerous film and television projects. Among his more well-known film appearances are The Girl Next Door in 2004, Lords of Dogtown in 2005, and Into the Wild for which he received critical acclaim and several awards.
In 2008, Emile again played the lead role in the action-adventure film Speed Racer written and directed by the Wachowski Brothers of The Matrix trilogy fame.
