Who would've thought Kahlen, the Oklahoma native got to go far in ANTM. She didn't win because probably she looked so scraggly in the judging room. maybe she should've pulled back the hair. Kahlen is beautiful like a country girl. she takes great pictures but her final runway and commercial kind of failed the exams. I do agree with Janice, she takes wonderful pictures that rival top models today. I think that she has a great bathing suit body but I'm not so sure if she's modelesque. Maybe the judges didn't see much of a modelesque in Kahlen. Ah well Kahlen is great to me.

But that is a different topic. Kahlen had better photo's then what's her face( sorry, I honestly can't remember!), and had a better runway walk. Kahlen was obviosly the better choice, but the judges often pick the one that was not as good, just to "surprise" you. Although that does not always apply, but this time, in my mind, it did. That's why I give her a perfect 10 :D

Kahlen: We actually practiced during the day, and at night they had small lights along the edges of the runway so you could see it through the water, but when you’re looking up, it’s easy to get distracted by the other lights, and I was like \"Please, don’t let me fall off!\" Interviewer: And in high heels, too! Kahlen: Right! I nearly fell off, too! At the very end when me and Naima were dancing, and I looked down, and was like, o-k, I’m done! (edit) Interviewer: What part of the whole experience was the hardest to adapt to? Kahlen: That would probably be the lack of sleep. The hours were outrageous sometimes. I\'m used to sleeping so much, but they kept us constantly busy. I missed my bed! (edit) Interviewer: What kind of advice would you give to girls that are thinking about trying out for future seasons of the show? Kahlen: I would just say that you have to be yourself.
