Gretchen Smith was a racer on the seventh season of The Amazing Race, and raced with her husband Meredith. The couple reached the Final Four, and became the oldest team to go that far in the race.

As long as they stayed in, Meredith & Gretchen never actually won any legs of The Amazing Race, and only finished in the Top Three on one occasion.

I really liked Meredith & Gretchen and they did themselves proud on the race. They are a team to be remembered forever and are an inspiration to viewers. They were a sweet couple and deserved to go really far.
