The Dresden Dolls are an awesome punk-cabaret, alternative-broadway band, that really, much like Rasputina, doesn't have a genre. Their music is original and catchy and sometimes quite comedic. Made up of Amanda Palmer and Brian Viglione (who make muchly nice "rock-love" photos together), with their white-painted faces, Brian's facial expressions and Amanda's painted-on eyebrows. Everybody loves The Dresden Dolls, because they are simply too awesome for words. At first listen, some might say "Woah that girl is really off tune", but it's just their style of singing. Some of it is more like groaning, or screeching, or rough yelling, but this is what makes them who they are. My fave songs are Coin-Operated Boy, Missed Me and Backstabber.
