- In January 2009 Jennifer was granted a temporary restraining order against a man who had been stalking her. It was revealed the man had moved to LA to be closer to her and had sent her more than 120 letters which were threatening and harassing in nature.
- Jennifer and fiancé Ross McCall announced their break up in January, 2009. Jennifer, 29, got engaged to the Scottish actor, 32, in November 2007 after dating for two years. Following the split, the couple entered into a custody battle of their dog, Boxer. Since July 2009, she has been engaged to Ghost Whisperer co-star Jamie Kennedy.

- Jennifer: I wish I had been nude from the time I was 12 until I was 28. I used to scoff and say, 'No, I feel fat today!' Now the joke's on me.
