I do have a lot more respect for him since the Giants won, but he is not an outstanding QB. He is a solid starter, but he still throws a lot of picks. He's been on the my fantasy team the past 2 seasons and my god he has dissapointed me. He is middle of the pack; not amazing but a decent starter. Somewhere he was called unstoppable. No! If Tyree didn't haul down that prayer he threw up for grabs no one would be talking like he's a hall of famer. He is nowhere near Brady and Peyton, and everyone needs to get off his nuts.

I think that everybody was trying to compare young Eli into his older brother Peyton and maybe his father, Archie. And that Eli really made a believer out of me in the Super Bowl in February. Proving that he didn't need to ride on either of his brother and his dad's coattails. Despite being the underdog in the biggest game ever and winning three road games in the playoffs against people like Brett Favre and Tony Romo. He did so in a low-key and on his own way. He won the Super Bowl MVP trophy, a year after Peyton won his in 2007. Manning Brothers back to back! He indeed has made a believer out of me.

Eli Manning is a talented quaterback making his onw name in the NFL. After a successful high school and college carrer his NFL career started off rocky before even being drafted. After telling the San Diego Chargers he would never play for them, many people figured Eli would never have the career that his older brother Peyton had. While it took Eli almost a whole season he proved them wrong by ending his rookies season on a strong note. He picked up where he left off in season number two. Showing improvement in alll passing catregories including his accuracy as well as becoming a vocal leader of his team, he led the Giants to a the NFC East divisional title and a playoff birth. While only in his third year ELi is showing great promise to be a star in the NFL for a very long time
