This dude may be a good person,he may one day be voted sexiest man in the world by newsweek or whoever; but he may never justly be thought of as an actor, simply because he can't act. We (supposedly) follow /promote a meritocracy; the individual most worthy for a given position is to receive it. In every realm of the workplace, corroding influences prevent a true implementation of a meritocracy; but generally, we are a meritocracy. Only in the religious, political, & (especially) the entertainment realms is there a pervasive lack of such.

Illiterate & shallow athletes, actors, and so forth become repulsively wealthy, many even lacking talent (thank the smart people assisting them). Even among the countless "stars," (Paris Hilton, Kim Kardassan or whatever, etc.) Hayden Christensen stands in a class of his own in terms of a complete lack of ability to fulfill his duties. Never have I seen an "actor" so thoroughly lack ANY capacity to project/represent emotion, identity, struggle,personality, body language, aura ,etc. The "singer," Britney Spears, can't sing; but, she can dance; she can entertain our sick culture (head shaving & so forth)... devoid of merit, but possessing some related talent nonetheless-not the case regarding Hayden.He has single-handedly undermined every movie I have seen in which he was featured.

To anyone influential in the American movie/TV(Even Theatre) who may read this, drive this guy out! Long have we viewers been disappointed by the all too frequent lack of merit in regards to the individuals who comprise a given terrible film; but we have tolerated. It won't be the case regarding Hayden. It's too blatant, disgusting, and above all: insulting. Don't expect poor financial performance of anything in which he's involved, expect boycotts! Riots!

I really enjoyed this movies and I think that

He is a terrible actor. I honestly can't believe he was given the chance to act in Star Wars. He ruined the third movie for me. I bet there are thousands of other actors that could have done a better job than he did. With only 26 years old, Hayden Christensen has done some amazing work.

I first noticed him in "Higher Ground", where he starred as the dificult Scott Barringer, a teenage who had been sexually abused by his stepmother and turned to drugs in order to try and forget what had happened. It was a really good show and I was really sad when it was cancelled.

In 2001, Christensen starred in "Life as a House" as Sam Monroe, a troubled teenager forced to spend the Summer at his father's place. This movie was aclamed by the critics and received really good reviews.

That same year, Hayden was casted to portray the young Anakin Skywalker in "Star Wars: Attack of the Clones".

In 2003, he starred in "Shattered Glass" as the journalist Stephen Glass. This movie received good reviews, as did Hayden.

2005 marked Hayden's return to the big screen with the last sequel of the Star Wars saga, "Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith".

The crying scenes sounded like someone stepped on a cabbage patch kid's head, and his fight scenes weren't any better. Sure you could say the character was written this way, but give me a break they could've chosen a better act than that crap.

However, although I would give him a ten in attractiveness, I fail to like his entertaining skills. He is not that talented, and is not that great of an actor. I was not very impressed with his performance on Star Wars III: Revenge of the Sith. Star Wars II: Attack of the Clones was more of an impressive performance, I would like to say. He is definitely climbing to the top right now.
