I think Jamie Hyneman is cool because he can take things more calmer and more scientifically then most people. He is a very smart guy that can make numerious inventions and make some pretty cool myths work out at the end, err, sometimes... Jamie is a very inventful person and i think hes cool for that. He can make so many inventions and make so many myths fun. Personally, I think without Jamie (or Adam) the Mythbusters would be nothing. Well actually there the guys who made it so without them there would be no Mythbusters. I hope Jamie makes more cool inventions.

History !
Lagari Hasan Çelebi is the subject of a Turkish legend, which alleges that he was the first person to have made an artificially powered flight.
According to Evliya Çelebi, in the 17th century he was launched in the air in a rocket, which was composed of a large cage with a conical top filled with gunpowder. The flight was accomplished as a part of celebrations performed for the birth of Ottoman Emperor Murat IV's daughter in 1633.
He is supposed to have made a soft landing in the Bosporus by using the wings attached to his body after the gunpowder was consumed and was rewarded by the sultan with a valuable military position in the Ottoman army. The flight was estimated to have lasted about twenty seconds and the maximum height reached around 300 metres.
He died in Crimea under the service of Selamet Giray Khan around 1640.

Mr. Hyneman, as an anylitical thinker, seems to be on top of his game. I think that one of the strengths of this show is that neither of these guys really come from a stuffy, conventional scientific background.
While I really enjoy Mythbusters, I cannot see why in the world anyone would ever give this guy a chance to voice himself publicly, let alone point a camera at him. He mumbles, he speaks in fragmented, disjointed sentences and he\'s basically just out and out mean spirited on camera.
It\'s a good thing Mr. Hyneman has so much experience in the work force with his various half-baked careers in the past. Because after his fifteen minutes of fame are up with this job, he\'ll need an extensive resume.
His cardboard performances are the sole reason they had to bring in the other five or so kids to help them rejuvenate the show.

What can I say about Mr. Jamie Hyneman? First off, I love his work on the great show of "MythBusters". I think that Jamie is a great straight man to Adam's comedic skills on the show when it comes to the myths being busted. Jamie brings a tremendous amount of techonlogical knowledge to the show and he isn't, in my opinion, to voice his concerns of the safety of the people involved in busting myth, because of that knowledge of what could go wrong. Another thing that I think is amazing about Jamie is how much excitement he has packed into his life, being a wilderness survival expert as an example, and how I find it impressive for him to have two degrees, one in Russian language and another in literature. I find the man very entertaining to watch and love seeing what talents he shows off on Mythbusters.
