A talented Deaf actor, Howie Seago has acted, directed, and taught for more than 24 years, and resides in the state of Washington. He has a B.A. in Psychology, and manages the Shared Reading Video Outreach Project, which uses videoconferencing technology to encourage deaf and hard of hearing children to become interested in reading and to train their parents and teachers in how to read storybooks in sign language.
