Rammstein are a heavy metal German rock band, i love they're music, "Mutter" witch is German for Mother, was the first song i heard that they did. My favourite song by far is "Reise Reise". The singer's voice reminds me of the voice of Yami Bakura from Yu-G-Oh, but that's just great since i love Bakura. Rammstein are the only non-english band that i listen to, and the music is just awesome! I think Rammstein might be my new musical obbsession. My love how the lead singer has a deep voice, it's Bakura like. I would love to see them live sometime.

Rammstein, formed in 1994 (with Till Lindemann as Lead Singer, Richard Z. Kruspe, Oliver Riedel and Paul Landers as Guitarists, Christoph "Doom" Schneider as Drummer and Christian "Flake" Lorenz as Keyboardist) has become one of the most famous German bands of all time.

Not wanting to sound like the typical 'American-made' music, they have a sound all their own with harsh vocals, loud music and a catchy keyboard. Ask any metal, industrial, or German music lover their favorite bands, and Rammstein is likely to be one of them. Rammstein is also known for its live performances. Each show is action-packed and epic, which can range from flame-throwing helmets, fireworks, Till cooking Flake in a giant pot or an inflatable boat in which either Flake or Oliver crowd surf in. It is often said that "While other bands play, Rammstein burns!"

To put it simple, Rammstein is a band that any fun of loud music will love.

These guys even did songs with the Russian Band T.A.T.U. And made the songs rock out loud! You can accutly learn German from these guys! Thats how i Learned! Man. If this was Mixed with Yin Yang Yo, Invader Zim, and other great shows. They will instantly become great AMVS. So if you like German. or want to rock out loud without your mom relize the lyrics! i suggest this band!

I was introduced to the German Band Rammstein while watching David Lynch's Lost Highway in college. I was also taking German language classes so these two events brought me to the band. Plus, being a fan of the industrial Nine Inch Nails helped as well. I would translate their lyrics into my native English and learn the songs in German. I've never had to work harder on a band, but it's fun doing it.

As a band, they throw a show, with fire a common theme. But with all the excitement of the flames and fireworks, Rammstein has a perfect balance in their songs. With such hard songs like "Du Hast" and "Sehnsucht" there are soft songs like "Seemann" and "Mutter". Add to that songs that tie in both like "Engle" and "Mein Herz Brennt", and Rammstein's lyrical combination with perfect balance for everyone.

For most of their songs, Rammstein only sings in their native tongue of German. I have no idea how a band with no English lyrics can make it in a country where the egotistical phrase "If you are in our country, learn our language" is often heard. It's weird, but hopefully Rammstein will continue to work her in their native tongue and entertain those of us who respect all nations.
