Known to most fans as the English voice of Fullmetal Alchemist's Edward Elric, Vic is a professional music composer, producer, and a veteran actor with ADV Films and has also done work for Funimation. Some of his popular characters include Kurz Weber in Full Metal Panic, Dark in DNAngel, Broly in the Dragonball Z movies, Tamaki Suou in Ouran High School Host Club, Ikkaku in Bleach, Kougaji in Saiyuki, Fay in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, Yukito in Air, and Mamoru in RahXephon.

Vic lives in the Houston area and is a frequent attender of many anime conventions.
