Jean-Sebastien Giguere is a great goaltender. Ever since I saw him kick butt in the 2003 Stanley Cup playoffs, I've always known that he could be an even greater player. I mean, sure, he's not as good as Patrick Roy or Martin Brodeur, but you don't have to be the best to be great. When he got that Conn Smythe Trophy in 2003 I was not surprised. He deserved that Conn Smythe Trophy. Even though his team was there to help him; Giguere was the one who made the amazing stops. Without him, Anaheim would not have even made the playoffs. He is a great goaltender.
