Scott Mills was born in Southampton on March 28th 1974.
At 16 Scott was given the chance to present a week of shows at the radio station Power FM after hounding the radio station with demo tapes of his radio talents - the radio station liked him so much that this then led in to a five hour slot from 1pm to 6pm which meant at 16 he was the youngest radio presenter in the UK.
In 1998 Scott was approached by BBC Radio 1 and presented the early morning slot, Mills did this until January 2004 where he then took over the 4pm till 7pm slot which he still currently hosts and he has introduced such popular games and ideas as Laura's Diary and Meal or no Meal.
