Wilmer grew up in Venezuela, but moved to Los Angeles with his family at the age of 13. Wilmer is best known for his role on That '70s Show as "Fez," a foreign exchange student who tries desperately to catch on to the trends and lingo of his American friends, which in turn makes Fez's conversations hilarious. Wilmer was also the host of the MTV show, Yo Momma and has appeared in several movies such as CHiPs and Unaccompanied Minors.
