Joel Palmer was a brilliant child actor of the early 90's, and he knew how to act!
His roles in Poltergeist: The Legacy and the film Valentine showed us that Joel was willing to take on any acting job even if the role he was playing was that of a dead child. But it was in the The X-Files episode "The Calusari" that Joel showed us his true talent by playing two parts and his performance during an exocium was mind-blowing.
There have been many child actors that have made it big in Hollywood and it annoyes me how Joel was overlooked, as his talent is far greater then most of those others!
I have given Joel the top 10 marks as I feel that he deserves it. He is a fine young who, may have disapeared from the movies world, but his performances shell not be forgotten.
