I've only ever seen Tracey on JAG where I found her earnest innocence engaging, but as a real partner for Harm she didn't make the grade. She replaced Andrea Parker at the behest of NBC and against the wishes of the show's executive producer David Bellisario, and judging by the popularity of the show when they replaced her with Catherine Bell Mr Bellisario was right. She would have been fine in a scaled back role more along the lines of Bud's character, but that wouldn't have been fair to her. I hope that she has gone on to success in other things, and I really would have enjoyed seeing her guest star once in one of the later season episodes of JAG as Andrea Parker did.
