Born in Kentucky, Molly graduated from Murray High School. She attended Vanderbilt University, but dropped out to model.

In 2000, she became the host of MTV's 'House of Style.' She has also been the official spokesmodel for Old Navy clothing stores.

She has appeared in the films 'Starsky and Hutch,' and the television series 'Las Vegas.'
