I only know him as Palmer from the show NCIS, but i think he should become a regular. He should be arround much more. He is funny, smart and good looking. The episode About Face was really awesome because we got to see so much more about him then...

Brian Dietzen has added a sparkle to character Jimmy Palmer, assistant to ME Donald "Ducky" Mallard (played by David McCallum). Though he doesn't get the attention from the media he deserves he keeps on going in making viewers laugh every week....
