I love Enya's music, her singing is way different to others, listen to one song, and you'll want to listen to more! I completly adore Enya's voice and music, i love her version of "Silent Night" witch was on the Hits Channel last christmas, Enya can be also know as 'The Invisible Star' and 'The Silver Lady'. My favourite songs are "Anywhere Is" and "Only Time". Enya deserves the Grammys, cos she is one of the best female solo singers i've heard, and just like me, we both love cats! I love Enya's style of music, great music of many different Languages!

Enya is a very unique and different singer, but I love her anyway. I just can't stop listening to that beautiful voice with the beautiful lyrics and music to match. She has a way of reaching your soul and healing every scar and every wound in it, no matter how deep it is. Her music will heal you if you just lie still and let her music take you away to a beautiful place. Listen to her words and the sweetness in her voice. She will reach you and heal you. Her music has that effect on people. Very sweet!

enya started out with her family in the band clannad until 1985 where she split up to become a solo artist with her producers roma ryan and nicky ryan. in 1987 she released her first album entitled enya but her success came in 1988 when she released her second album watermark when the song orinoco flow became a no. 1 in england. in 1991 she released shepherd moons which was later followed by the memory of trees in 1995. in 1997 she released paint the sky with stars the best of enya with two new songs "paint the sky with stars" and "only if". in 2000 she brought out the album a day without rain. in 2001 after the 9/11 disaster one of her songs only time was played throughout scenes of the twin towers and this made enya fans upset. her most recent album amarantine was released in 2005

I think my favorite out of that list would have to be Orinoco Flow. I think its a great song to get lost in with headphones on and the volume turned up all the way.
I like the back up choir featured in Adeimus. It sounded like little kids singing with her its really cute
The thing I like about Amarintine is the message it sends out. Love is Love, and it has its own mind.
Enyas a great singer who should be more appreciated.
