Time and time again, Angela Bassett proves herself to be the ultimate talent in an industry that at times lacks.

Angela doesn't just accept a role, she becomes the role. When you watch a movie with Angela Bassett in the cast, you forget that she is just acting, her talent is just that strong.

Some have criticized Angela for her desire to decline the role in Monster's Ball that later won Halle Berry an Oscar. But why? Unlike so many, Angela knew her standards and was not willing to step down from them all for the sake of money.

She is a strong contender in the acting ring, and typically any movie with Bassett's name is bound for success - or at least a good performance from her.
