Sakura Tange has the perfect little girl’s voice that speaks cuteness all over. Even in her non-Cardcaptor roles I can still pick her out with her distinctive yelling, whether it’s greeting her friends or shouting out to someone. It’d be funny if she went “Hooeeee!!!” in a different anime too. It’s too bad she didn’t get to voice Sakura in Tsubasa Chronicle.
