Rachael Lillis is an American actress and voice actress. She was born in Niagara Falls, New York on July 8, 1978. She has an extensive résumé of voice acting and is best known for her voices of Misty and Jessie from the Pokémon anime series. She also does a vareity of pokémon voices from the show.

Rachael has provided her voice in many anime shows and video games and has won several voice acting rewards for her many voices.
