There is something about Josh that attracts attention. This canny knack of turning heads and cutting a dash has serviced him well in some successful and high profile projects throughout his life. At an early age he created a series of successful "No Worries" live events. He went on to work in television and P.R. before joining Outlet . The spotlight shone for a brief but intense moment when he was one of the first openly gay contestants in the Big Brother T.V show.

Since then he has used his profile to further develop Outlet, appear on catwalks , do a stint of DJ'ing, write regular columns for Attitude magazine and raise awareness and money for Crusaid of whom he is a patron
