Bio

Michelle Krusiec was born on October 2, 1974 to her Taiwanese parents. When she was 5, she was sent to the United States to live with her aunt and uncle so that her mom could take better care of her other siblings.

During her teens, she was spotted by a talent agent, then tried some modelling and acting. She then studied theatre and graduated at Virginia Tech University.

Among her long list of appearances include ER, Without a Trace, and Monk on television while she has also appeared in the films Duplex, Sweet Home Alabama, and Pumpkin.

One of her breakthrough films was Saving Face, an independent film in which she played a Chinese-American lesbian. She also won a People's Choice Award in Taiwan for her performance in the film.
